Yes. You can choose to do your course online, or face to face at a time arranged with MG. Each course page shows the options available.

Create an account, choose a course and send your application. Then upload your ID copy, qualifications and CV.

Courses are for approved learners. MG reviews your application first, and you pay only after you are approved.

Your documents are stored privately. Only you and authorised MG staff can open them.

Where a price is confirmed, it appears on the course page. Otherwise choose "Enquire about pricing" or apply, and MG will confirm the amount with you before you pay.

Ask MG about this when you apply. Any payment plan is arranged and confirmed with you directly.

At the moment you pay by EFT and upload your proof of payment in your portal. Your course opens once finance has verified the payment.

You have 6 months of access. Your portal shows the date your access ends.

No. You can pause, rewind, change the speed and pick up where you left off, but the videos are not available for download.

You get one attempt at each quiz at first. If you do not pass, contact MG and staff will advise you on your next step. Your results stay on your record.

Yes. When you have met the course requirements, MG checks and releases your course-completion certificate, and you can download it from your portal.

No course completion automatically grants an electrical licence or registration, and an MG certificate is not a Certificate of Compliance. Ask MG about how a course fits your own licence requirements.
